Every day. Remind yourself. Take a break and breath. Close your eyes. Let go. Observe your breath. And relax.

Every moment you have a choice to change "yourself": your mood, your inner state of mind, calm yourself down, review your re-actions, ... are you happy?

If not, just change it. Now. Meditate for only 5 minutes whenever you need a break. Embrace yourself. Give love to your SELF. Hug yourself. Feel the light. Be light.

Do you feel the difference. It takes you only 5 minutes to take your SELF to it´s HAPPY PLACE.

Honour your being, whatever you did in your life so far. Be generous to yourself. Say "thank you".
